What We Believe
The Marketplace Movement exists to create an environment that is REAL. This simply stated ideal means that our vision is to Reach, Enhance and Advance Lives. There are many choices when it comes to selecting a house of worship and at the MarketPlace, we are not in competition with these choices. At the MarketPlace, we believe that we, as individuals, are the church as opposed to the building being the church. With this in view, we are striving to create a movement of the church and not just another church building. Our passion is about advancing the Kingdom through a holistic model of ministry that ministers to the "whole person". While it is true that we would love for you to enter into covenant with us, we ask that you do so only after you have taken the time to seek the Lord about if our collective vision is something you want to participate in. Participation, at The MarketPlace, is important because for years many of us have gone to "church" as spectators, but we are striving to be a movement of Kingdom participants who want to advance the cause of Christ in the earth.
The Mission of The MarketPlace Movement is to A.C.T on the will of God for this ministry. This means that we will strive to ADVANCE the Kingdom of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ through holistic ministry and outreach. CONFRONT those things that hold back the people of God and TOUCH those who are in need of sound biblical teaching and comfort from the Holy Ghost through the ministry of God's Word.
The vision of The Marketplace Movement is to create an environment that's REAL. This means that we aim to Reach, Enhance, and Advance Lives. We strive to do this through four key focus areas, Health, Education, Housing, and Economics
